Integrated racks

Save precious space in your shop. Integrated racks combine a warehouse and a sales area on a single square metre. With this solution, you will be able to quickly add products to the sales area without the need to repeatedly visit a warehouse.

Racks with integration

Integrated pallet racks with the NX system combine the ability to store large pallets and bulk packages (stock area) with the presentation of goods individually or in smaller packages below (sales area).

Stock Area
The stock area consists of frames (rectangular profiles with perforation steps every 50 mm connected with diagonal and horizontal braces) and a wide range of beams that form the basis of storage levels above the store shelves.

Sales Area
The sales area consists of store shelves with a full range of sales support accessories.

NX System Construction
The NX system construction allows for the integration of pallet racks with store shelves directly (through internal frame integration) or indirectly (using additional connecting elements - adapters and double-sided base brackets). Depending on the weight of the products, two options have been created:

NX Mini - version based on 55x40 profiles for light products (max. load above integration up to 3400 kg)
NX HD (heavy duty) - version based on 70x80 mm profiles for heavy products (max. load above integration up to 10300 kg)
Below are the characteristic features of the integrated NX pallet racks:

High storage constructions up to 6 meters with the possibility of integrating the store system (Mega 12, 15, Pola…)
Frames made of closed profiles 70x80 mm (trade name NX HD) and 55x40 mm (trade name NX Mini) with double-sided perforation every 50 mm
Depth range from 600 mm to 1500 mm
Rectangular beams (based on closed profiles or made of two channels) with a width of 40 or 50 mm and stepped beams (based on closed profiles)

NR System
The metal racking system intended for creating warehouse or retail areas as DIY concepts (building racks, tool racks), thanks to the integrated MEGA 010 store system. Improved visual perception of the pallet rack is ensured by the lack of front perforation of the NR system frames (one-sided - internally - perforated load-bearing columns).

Depending on the weight of the stored products, two options have been created:

MV - version based on 60x50 closed profiles for storing light products (max. load 7000 kg)
NR - version based on 70x70 closed profiles for storing heavy products (max. load 14000 kg)
An important structural feature of this pallet system is the possibility of integrating it with the MEGA 010 store racking system - based on columns with bases (column-base connection is a welded connection) with a width of 40 mm, i.e., 70x40 and 80x40 mm.

Depth range from 600 mm to 1500 mm
Rectangular beams (based on closed profiles or made of two channels) with a width of 40 or 50 mm and stepped beams (based on closed profiles)

Stock Area

Sales Area
The sales area consists of store shelves (up to 4 different store shelving systems: with perforation every 50 mm - Mega 15 and Monos 50, and with perforation every 25 mm - Monos 25 and CE-25) with a full range of sales support accessories.

The NI system construction allows for the integration of pallet racks with store shelves using additional connecting elements - adapters and double-sided base brackets. Improved visual perception of the rack is ensured by the lack of front perforation of the NI system frames (one-sided - internally - perforated load-bearing columns).

Depending on the weight of the products, two options have been created:

NI 60x50 - version based on 60x50 closed profiles for storing light products
NI 70x70 - version based on 70x70 closed profiles for storing heavy products
